Located on Congress Avenue across from the Paramount Theatre, this downtown loft is ideal for elegant
cocktail parties and relaxed meetings. The living room, with floor to ceiling windows, looks out onto the roof deck where guests can enjoy the Austin skyline.
Maximum capacity for outdoor and indoor use is 60 persons. Indoor
space accommodates approximately 30 persons and varies depending on seating
layouts. The outdoor deck may be tented.
This space is located on the third floor of a century-old building with
no elevator access. Please be aware that there is no wheelchair access,
and the stairwell may be difficult for some guests.
Rates for weekend nights are $1500 for a 6 hour block. Weeknights are $900 for 6 hours. An additional rate of $200 for mandatory security and $100 for a manager on duty also apply.
Caterers and furnishing rental companies must be approved before booking.
